Landscape architecture services included development of an overall Landscape Master Plan that was implemented in several phases. The property features an expansive deck for outdoor dining and entertaining, storage area below the deck; a small flagstone seating patio; a destination shade pergola and flagstone patio; a waterfall and pond garden, buffer plantings with a variety of evergreen trees and shrubs, shade trees and perennial gardens.
